Why Guru Driving School?

The meaning of ‘GURU’ is teacher, guided and a trusted counselor who provides accurate advice. The word GURU, is also defined loosely as either spiritual or
intellectual leader in a particular field. Guru Driving School has the instructors who guide you in correct direction and teach you the right way of driving.

We are passionate about helping people reach their full potential by building their confidence and independence. For many, the key to achieving this, is found in being able to drive safely and independently and confidently. For Safe & Independent Driving.

We focus on ‘SAFE DRIVING SKILLS’ and all the requirements to achieve them. Only after the student and the instructor feel confident enough with the student’s safe driving skills, the instructor will book the driving test.

Guru Driving School is able to constantly adapt and grow as we learn from each-other, when we work together. This is not possible when you are alone because there is no-one to give you a second opinion when you make decisions, and hence you have a limited scope through which you can see. Here at Guru Driving School, the students are moved amongst our instructors to bring out their full potential.

With the introduction of our Record-card and a Demo-Test, it gave our students a boost in their ability to perform the proper RTA test to their fullest capacity.

Gopal Kunte from Guru Driving School taught me during my Learners Period. Since I had already learnt overseas I needed to give the Australian standard test. Gopal Kaka guided me really well through all aspects of driving. I first thought I already knew the rules but Gopal Kaka showed me how to avoid the minor errors which make me a better driver. Throughout the period he gave me proper time for each maneuver to be learnt and mastered throughly. Even before the exam we practiced a mock test in which I was assessed thoroughly before taking the main test. Gopal Kaka's approach to teaching the newbie is well laid out and relaxing. I am glad to tell you that I am happy with Guru Driving School and especially with the instructors Mr. Mandar, Mr. Milind, Mr. Gopal they teach me very good skills about driving in Australia and I confirm they are the best instructors. Driving was something I was never confident about. After failing in driving tests couple of times I began to think I would never be able to drive. I am so glad that I chose to learn with Guru Driving School headed by Mr. Mandar Tamhankar, I got through my lessons fairly quickly and learnt a lot in each driving class.
